Solano County residents may soon have direct access to Internet electronic mail services without cost. This deployment of the information superhighway in Solano County will be made possible through a regional alliance of computer bulletin board system administrators in both public and private sectors. Access InfoSystems, based in Fairfield, CA, plans to dedicate a portion of its public data network to provide the backbone and hub services for that purpose.
