Educate America Act Is on the Internet

The Educate America Act, signed into law by President Clinton, is available on the Internet in the U.S. Department of Education's online library, along with research reports, fact sheets, education statistics, and references to other Internet resources. The library can be accessed by Gopher, pointing the client to gopher.ed.gov; through World Wide Web (WWW), using the resource locator http://www.ed.gov/; or by anonymous ftp at the address ftp.ed.gov.
