Walk-in Consultation & Copy Services: Located on the first floor of Shields Library, I.T. Express consults with clients on a walk-in basis and provides copy services - including copies of library materials that cannot be removed from the premises. Last year, I.T. Express handled over 33,000 in-person technical support consultations.
