During normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.), depending on the nature of the questions, campus operators will direct calls to the appropriate Y2K group. After hours and on weekends and holidays, calls will be forwarded to an automated system with two options: one to obtain status information and the second to report a Year 2000-related emergency.
